Specifying Engineers
Welcome to ACS Controls Engineering Services. Our goal is to promote Open Systems DDC architectures, specifically through the use of LON DDC technologies and TCP/IP networking.
To fulfill our goals, ACS Controls has partnered with Schneider Electric, in order to promote Open Systems architectures with TAC's LON based "XENTA" DDC controls product line & other select Open System devices.
In addition, to the TAC brand of LON products, you will find information and links to several other third-party LON products that integrate seamlessly into Open System architectures.
For Specifying Engineers, staying up-to-date with today's technologies can be challenging at best and at worst - extremely time consuming.
This is where ACS's Engineering Services endeavors to reduce project engineering time, while at the same time help to increase the success rates of those projects. We do this by providing Specifying Engineers with the tools and information required to put together LON based Building Control Systems for your customers.
Please have a look around, we're sure that you'll agree that ACS's Engineering Services is valuable resource. Thank You!

ENGINEERING SPECIFICATIONS |

LON Open System DDC - TAC
An LON Open System DDC specification document with editable regions for customizing the specification to your project. Embedded reference locations for updating the specification with the latest in leading edge products. Geared toward the use of TAC products, but still viable as a general specification for all LON Open Systems.

LON Open System DDC - General
An LON Open System DDC specification document. Developed by the Army Corps of Engineers, this is a more generalized version for governmental agency projects. Not as brand specific as the TAC specification, but a good open system framework to build from or use "as is" for GSA or State projects.
